It is only made with four tablespoons of plain yogurt and without sugar, two tablespoons of honey and one of oatmeal powder.
All these ingredients have to be mixed until a homogeneous and light cream is created for which it will be necessary to bind the three components well preferably in a glass ingredient.
The mask should be applied as it is done with any other conventional or natural you have done at home. First of all, the skin should be well cleaned and dried to remove moisture. Then with the help of the fingers, it is applying a layer of mask around the area while one is provided massage in vertical direction . Once the neck is covered, it is necessary to wait about 20 minutes for, then, remove it and rinse with warm water.
