The products we use to make-up do not always remain intact at all times. It sometimes happens that the shadows are broken, the lip is split into a fall or lumpy mascara. To address these and other typical situations, here we collect some exclusive advice of the experts to restore the good condition of your favorite cosmetics.
Retrieve a shadow: when the shadow begins to spread everywhere breaks dust and ends up in the trash because it is impossible to use. If this happens, the Chilean makeup artist Nicole Benado advised to empty the shade in a bowl and grind to make it all turned loose pigment. Clean the container with a cotton swab and alcohol. Then add the contents little by little (with dropper) to form a paste which should be placed in its original container. Press with an element (a coin will do) up to blotting paper and until the alcohol leaves completely. Before reusing, let it evaporate to any remaining alcohol.
Temperature of cosmetics: a common mistake is to keep them in the bathroom, and that is experiencing rapid changes in temperature between the steam and heat. This can cause less durable and decompose quickly. It is ideal to stores in a cool, dry place. Nor should we use the fridge as that experienced them out again very rapid changes of environment. On the contrary, it is advisable to store perfume in its original box in the fridge, so that will not rust or change their aroma.
Lip broken: if the lipstick breaks, you can not be reattached but save it and continue using it. It is preferable to keep it in a small container with a lid, remove it to take creamy state and then with the help of a brush, it can be used perfectly. Also you can mix other colors to create a different tone.
Clean brushes always: both brushes and sponges can be sanitized application very easily. We recommend at least twice a year if they get little use, and more often if used daily.
If the natural hair brushes are to use a specialized product that is obtained in any house of cosmetics. However if it is artificial (like sponges) must dip them and then massaging shampoo. Finally rinse well and allow to dry on a towel. In a little while it will be back as new with no trace of makeup.
Dry mascara: it is common to use both the mascara and clumps to make its composition. For happening, what is important is tightly covered and do not pump the product many times before applying as this allows air to enter inside it and dry. If this happens, the beauty expert Susana Garcia advised to apply a few drops of oil into the container of mascara and close tightly. Stir a little and as if by magic, the shadow comes back like new.
Last but not least, you should use quality recognized makeup brands and by verifying their respective dermatological seals to avoid future allergies or skin reactions.
